Dilip Abayasekara – Keynote Speaker at Federally Employed Women (FEW) Program
Accredited Speaker and Executive Speech Coach, Dilip Abayasekara, Ph.D., of Speaker Services Unlimited will present the Keynote speech at the 2009 MIDATLANTIC REGIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM of Federally Employed Women (FEW). His inspirational speech is titled, Find Your Voice – Serve Your World. The theme of the Conference is WELLNESS FOR WOMEN: PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL.
The program begins Friday 23 Oct 09 at with a social at 6pm with welcome remarks by Dr. John Gray, Deputy Commander Letterkenny Army Depot, and entertainment by the Freedom Valley Chorus, a chapter of the Sweet Adeline’s. The conference is Saturday October 24th, 8am at the Quality Inn & Suites, 1095 Wayne Ave in Chambersburg, PA. The program agenda includes the Program Kickoff with opening remarks from Colonel Cheri A. Provancha, commander, Letterkenny Army Depot, followed by Seminars and Lectures, the Keynote Address and Luncheon. Wellness Vendors will be on hand providing information to participants. The cost of the two-day event, with entertainment is $25.
Federally Employed Women (FEW) is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1968 after the issuance of Executive Order 11375 that added "sex" to the prohibited discriminations within the federal government. FEW works to end sex discrimination and promote the advancement of women in federal service.
